Cleaning service is provided daily. If you wish, and in support of our sustainability policy, we encourage you to request the service every 2 or 3 days. Please inform reception of your preference (ext. 9).

To ensure your comfort, bed linen is changed every 3 days. If you prefer a different frequency, simply let our reception team know (dial 9).

🚿 Your Bathroom

Towel on the rack = I’ll use it again.
Towel in the bath or shower = Please replace it.

TOWEL CHANGE

Responsible Use of Towels

To continue protecting the environment and the island’s limited water resources, we kindly ask you to use your room towels responsibly.

Towel Change

• If you do not wish to have your towels changed, please leave them hanging on the bathroom racks.
• If you would like them to be replaced, simply place them in the bathtub or shower.

Important: Room towels are for exclusive use in the room. Using them at the pool or beach is not allowed.

HOTEL’S ARTICLES AT YOUR DISPOSAL

Committed to the environment and the elimination of single-use plastics, we offer a variety of amenities upon request. Please contact our reception desk (Ext.9)

Amenities at your disposal:

• Hair comb
• Shower cap
• Dental set
• Shaving set
• Shoe polisher

Information about variable change of bath towels and bed sheets upon arrival.

• We recommend choosing a less frequent change of bed sheets and towels to reduce the use of detergents and water.
• For cleaning, we use ecological products in refillable containers.
• We use sprays that do not contain CFC.
• In our hotel environmental textiles are used according to Öko-Tex Standard 100.
• The chambermaids collaborate with the clients in the recycling of waste from the guests´ rooms.
