At ADRIAN Hotels, we support the campaign "The First Flight", an initiative by the Cabildo of Tenerife that aims to protect the Cory's Shearwaters during one of the most delicate stages of their lives: their first flight to the sea.
These birds, when leaving the nest for the first time, are guided by the light of the Moon and the stars, but artificial lighting can disorient them and cause them to fall to the ground or suffer accidents.

Therefore, between October 31 and November 11, coinciding with the most critical days and the New Moon phase, at ADRIAN Hotels we will reduce our light pollution.
The main measure will be to turn off the lights of the tennis courts, as they reflect the most and could confuse the chicks on their way to the ocean.

With this gesture, we once again join the protection of an emblematic species of the Canary Islands and reaffirm our commitment to more responsible and sustainable tourism.

We start with one of the most anticipated activities: the grand return of our Shearwater show, which was a huge success last year. A performance full of rhythm, color, and fun that teaches children the importance of caring for the natural environment and protecting shearwaters, birds that are very special to us.

The spirit of Halloween invades Roniaventura, our children's park, where kids can unleash their creativity by decorating pumpkins. A workshop full of color, laughter, and a little bit of "fun terror" where the little artists will create their own masterpieces.

The Big Day of Halloween arrives with a day full of activities, games, and surprises for the whole family.

🍬 3:30 PM – Trick or Treat: for the first time we will explore different corners of the hotel in search of sweets and treats. A terrifyingly delicious adventure!
